Visualizing the Network Structure, envision the Zekret network as the core of an ecosystem:
Core Layer (Zekret Network): The decentralized blockchain where transactions occur, and nodes* operate to maintain network integrity.
Gatekeepers (KYC Verification): Surrounding the core, gatekeepers handle KYC procedures, verifying user identities without disclosing them within the network. This preserves privacy and data anonymity following DORA and GDPR. Only necessary compliance data is shared with relevant authorities, ensuring that user privacy is maintained without compromising on regulatory obligations.
Regulated Entities (Liquidity Onboarding): Surrounding the core, these entities facilitate the compliant entry of assets into the network, ensuring all assets entering the Zekret network comply with existing financial regulations. This enables Travel Rule and other regulatory requirements by design.
Abstraction Layer (Transaction History): This layer ensures that while compliance data is accessible to authorized parties, individual transaction details remain confidential within the network.
External Environment: Projects and users interact with the network through the gatekeepers and regulated entities, contributing to the dynamic expansion of the ecosystem.
This design allows us to enforce what regulators care about, because regulators are the ones controlling the chain.
