He co-founded Stop Fake Food, pioneering blockchain for the food supply chain, and served as CIO at Art21, advancing compliance-driven technologies. Dmitrij has advised Lithuania’s Ministry of Finance and Central Bank on regulatory frameworks for fintech and DeFi and, most recently, drove MiCA-aligned strategies at BlockBank and Fideum Group. With a proven track record in scaling compliance-driven blockchain initiatives, Dmitrij is positioned to lead Zekret through its next phase of growth as interim CEO.

Vytautas is a tech innovator specializing in the intersection of blockchain and regulation. As CTO of Zekret, he leads the development of secure, regulatory-compliant blockchain infrastructure. He also co-founded Axiology, which simplifies bond trading for retail investors through tokenized securities under the DLT Pilot Regime. With a background in Applied Physics and years of experience advising governments on crypto regulation, Vytautas is driving the integration of DeFi and compliance.
